1. Meal Selection

• You can either choose any meal plan from our subscription menu

• You may create your own meal plan from our available menu Items.

• You can give us the option to send different dishes everyday (No dishes are repeated in a single week)

2. Kindly mention your preferred meal time so that we can book the delivery partner.

The total amount is based on:

1. Selected meal + Packaging (included in the planner)

2. Delivery Charge 

(PLEASE SHARE YOUR LOCATION AND ADDRESS ON OUR WHATSAPP NUMBER TO CHECK THE ACTUAL DELIVERY CHARGES) 

The delivery is done through Porter at actual cost. You may also arrange the Pickup from our location.

Please let us know the Pickup time well in advance of 1 hour, so that the meal is kept ready for pickup.

1. In case of Subji of the day, choice of vegetables are decided as per market availablity. 

2. Cancellation available minimum 3 hours before delivery time..

For any selected weekly plan, the subscription is only confirmed after 100% advance. We do NOT accept CASH in any form.

Delivery Partners:

We generally use Porter for deliveries, depending on their availability at the time of your order.

Charges:

• Delivery charges are additional and calculated based on the actual distance between the pickup and drop-off locations.

• The Delivery charge applies per delivery and per location. For specific rates, please WhatsApp your delivery  address wigth Google Map location.

Delivery Options:

1. 3rd Party Aggregator Delivery (Porter):

Delivery through Santusti Foods will be managed by our partners, depending on their availability.

2. Self-Pickup:

Customers have the option to pick up their orders directly from our location.

3. Self arranged Pickup by Customers:

Customers may also arrange for a pickup through any third-party delivery aggregator of their choice. This option allows you to use a delivery aggregator that best fits your convenience and schedule.
