Order Placement: terms & conditions

• We accept Pre-Orders only.

• Please place your orders minimum before 5 hours to have it prepared and delivered to you. The meal is specifically prepared for you after the order is placed.

• We have Daily/Weekly options.

• For Weekly options, you have the option to choose own meal plan (available in our Menu)

• Delivery is processed through our preferred Delivery Partners based on the availability.

• Delivery Charges Extra on Actual basis as per the Delivery aggregator rates.

Delivery Partners:

We generally use Porter for deliveries, depending on their availability at the time of your order.

Charges:

• Delivery charges are additional and calculated based on the actual distance between the pickup and drop-off locations.

• The Delivery charge applies per delivery and per location. For specific rates, please provide your exact address and location details.

Delivery Options:

1. Partner Delivery:

Delivery through Santusti Foods will be managed by our partners, depending on their availability.

2. Self-Pickup:

Customers have the option to pick up their orders directly from our location.

3. Third-Party Pickup BY CUSTOMERS:

Customers may also arrange for a pickup through a third-party delivery aggregator of their choice. This option allows you to use a delivery aggregator that best fits your convenience and schedule.
